On this page are my drawings for each US state. They include drawings of the state flowers, state animals, and even some famous architectures or sights from that state.
- Alabama-Black Bear | The black bear is a medium-bear endemic to North America. It is the continent’s smallest and most widely distributed bear species. It is also the state animal of not just Alabama, but Louisiana, New Mexico and West Virgina as well.
- California-California Poppy | The California Poppy, also called golden poppy or cup of gold, is a species of flowering plant in the family Papaveraceae, native to the United States and Mexico. It became the official state flower of California in 1903.
- Idaho-Mountain bluebird | The mountain bluebird is a small migratory thrush that is found in mountainu¡ous districts of western North America. It is the state bird of Idaho and Nevada, and it is an omnivore that can live 6-10 years in the wild.
- Vermont-Red Clover | The red clover is a herbaceous species of flowering plant in the bean family Fabaceae, native to Europe, Western Asia, and northwest Africa, but planted and naturalized in many other regions. Specifically, the red clover was brought to Argentina and Chile over 100 years ago, although it isn’t clear how it was introduced.
